Privacy policy
Effective and last updated: September 29, 2026
This policy covers electrikkettle.com (the "Site"), operated by Electrik Kettle LLC ("Electrik Kettle," "we," "us," or "our"). It says what we collect, why, which outside services handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it. A signed engagement with us may carry its own privacy terms, and those govern the work we do for a client.
1. What we collect
What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and a message. The email signup asks for your email address. When you book a call, Google Calendar collects the details you enter there, such as your name and email address. If you email or call us, we have what you tell us.
What the Site records on its own. Like most websites, ours receives your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you open, and the page that sent you here. We use this to keep the Site running, to protect it, and to see which pages are useful.
We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers, or health information through the Site. Please do not send them through our forms.
2. Cookies and measurement
We measure visits with Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. The first time you visit, a banner asks for your choice.
Before you choose, or if you decline: no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Google Analytics still receives basic signals with no cookies attached, such as a page being viewed, so we can count visits in total.
If you accept: Google Analytics sets cookies (named
_gaand similar) that tell a returning browser from a new one. Google may also set a cookie that tells us whether a visit came from one of our ads.
Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
The booking page shows a Google Calendar window. Google may set its own cookies inside that window, under Google's privacy policy.
3. How we use it
To answer your message and to talk with you about working together.
To hold the call you booked.
To send you our emails, if you signed up for them.
To see how the Site is used and to improve it.
To keep the Site secure and to stop spam and abuse.
To meet our legal duties.
4. Services that handle information for us
We use a small number of outside services to run the Site. Each one receives only what it needs for its job, and each has its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare hosts the Site and handles its traffic and security.
Formspree receives what you enter in the contact form and the email signup, and passes it to us.
Google provides Analytics, Tag Manager, Calendar for bookings, and our company email.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it, such as in answer to a subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.
5. How long we keep it
We keep messages, booking details, and signup addresses for as long as we need them for the reason you gave them to us, and for our business records after that. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
6. Your choices and rights
Emails. To leave our email list, reply to any email from us or write to the address below.
Cookies. Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.
Your information. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you more rights. Some U.S. states give residents the right to see, correct, delete, and get a copy of their personal information. People in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom also have the right to restrict or object to how their information is used, and the right to complain to their data protection authority. To use any of these rights, write to the address below. We answer as soon as we can, and within the time the law allows.
We are based in the United States, and the services we use store information here. If you contact us from another country, your information will be handled in the United States.
7. Security
The Site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit who can see what you send us. No method of sending or storing information is fully secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
8. Children
The Site is written for business owners and is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the Site or the services behind it change. The date at the top shows the most recent revision.
